Sarimanok

What it can do

Good at: PR & Communications · Marketing & Growth

Audience Branching: Can preserve one core story while adapting its delivery to different rooms.

Its weakness

The catch: Multiple versions can drift away from one another.

Less suited to: Legal & Risk · Finance

Never does: Staying quiet after a hit.

How it fights — your starting playbook

Its role: The Herald — once struck, it announces its best work before anything else

First move: Once anything of its has been hit, frame its lead before working.

Attack — The First Word: Speaks first: in the opening rounds, the piece you just moved falls back.

Guard — The Fish Carried: The first attack on the covered piece is carried back across the sea to its sender.

This is where it starts. In the league you steer it — when to attack, when to defend, how hard.
